Warranty
LIFETIMER is committed to your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your patients. For individuals purchasing a Lifetimer table under normal conditions, we offer a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. In the event of a return, the purchaser and/or individual returning the goods is responsible for all shipping and handling costs plus a restocking fee.   Lifetimer warranties each Lifetimer product against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product from the date of sale to the initial purchaser. Any table or item found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no charge when returned to your Lifetimer dealer. The Lifetimer warranty assures you of our intent to provide only the finest materials, craftsmanship, in every product that bears the Lifetimer name. This warranty extends only to the initial owner and does not apply to damages from accident, shipping, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Warranty does not apply to international purchases.
Motorized Part Warranty
  There is a 12 month warranty on our elevation motorized and computer related products against manufacturing faults calculated from the production date of the table (see label on underside of table). Lifetimer warranty is only valid in so far as the equipment has been used and maintained correctly and has not been tampered with. Furthermore the system must not be exposed to violent treatment.In the event of this, the warranty will be ineffective/invalid. For further details, please see Lifetimer ordinary conditions of sale.
Conditions of Sale
  Lifetimer reserves the right to determine and amend when necessary its policies regarding ordinary conditions of sale. Ordinary conditions of sale pertains to a purchase of a new product either directly or indirectly from Lifetimer International or affiliated compliant distributor. It is limited to those purchasers having returned the completed warranty information to Lifetimer and having met and fulfilled all financial and other obligations of their purchases.  
Services & Repairs
LIFETIMER provides a warranty on all its products. This warranty, however, is subject to correct use in accordance with the table specifications. Any repairs or maintenance required must be provided by a service person authorized to repair Lifetimer products.  
  Changes in use of our elevation tables can affect its operation and durability. Changes must therefore only be made by agreement in writing with Lifetimer and are made at your own risk.  
Limited Warranty  
  Lifetimer International shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Lifetimer products.  
This warranty is limited to the first using purchaser and is not transferable.   Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operation, or unauthorized service, or parts. In no event shall Lifetimer's liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Lifetimer shall be tried in the State of Oregon, County of Multnomah.  
  The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time because they constantly strive to achieve better quality equipment. We make every effort to ensure that our products meet high quality and durability standards and we hope you never need to use this warranty.  
Lifetimer Guarantee
  Lifetimer guarantees to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Our lifetime guarantee is applicable providing the product is used for the sole purpose intended under normal conditions. This guarantee does not apply to damages caused by the purchaser or by normal wear and tear.

 Sales and refund agreement

HOURS  OF OPERATION
Lifetimer International (LT)  hours of operation is  Monday –Friday (8:00 am-4:00 pm Pacific time) at (1-888-421-0401).

U.S. & INTERNATIONALSALES
LT sells and ships products domestically and internationally. International shipments are charged for shipping and handling only. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer at point of entry.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date (ESD) on your order is based on product availability and production time. It does not include transit time. LT reserves the right to process payment when orders are placed. You may see the charge on your statement before you receive the product.  We make every effort to ship your product out in a timely fashion.  In-stock items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order and payment.  Cancelling an order after 72 hours of the order date will result in a minimum of a 15% restocking and / or processing fee on the invoice total less shipping charge.

Prices and Payment

The method of payments we currently accept are Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, checks and international wire transfers.  Cash where applicable.

LT requires payment for product at time of order. Any orders of three (3) or more will be considered a group order and will require a minimum 60% deposit (non-refundable) and balance due prior to shipping.  Any order $5,000.00 or more will require a minimum 60% non-refundable deposit.  All products with custom colors, cuts, and/or logo’s are prepaid in full, cannot be cancelled and are non returnable.

Your invoice will include the price of the product plus shipping and handling charges. LT reserves the right to correct pricing errors that appear on order forms or invoices. LT also reserves the right to change prices on the products any time and make improvements/ modifications.

Should LT have promotions on any shipped product within 30 calendar days of ordering you may not request a refund or credit for the difference between the price you were charged and the current promotion or selling price.

Product Availability

LT makes every effort to ship your product out by the estimated ship date. The estimated ship dates (ESD) are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).  Although LT makes every effort to ship your order by the ESD provided, shipping dates may change due to parts supply delays beyond our control. You may contact LT any time for order status information.  Occasionally LT confirms orders only to face supply delays resulting in possible lengthy delay. If an extreme delay occurs and you are interested LT may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products or wish to extend the ESD, LT will, by your request, cancel your order for products.  Any orders cancelled on or before the Estimated Ship Date will be charged a minimum 15 % restocking fee.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Orders returned within the 30 days are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. No returns are accepted after 30 days. If the item is returned we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If you purchased your order using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) we will credit your card and then notify you when the process has been completed.  Customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

All products returned must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories that shipped with the product.  A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any table, or accessory.  If you do not have the original package you may purchase a box from LT.

Please note that LT does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

1.        Product that is custom specified

2.        Custom Colors

3.        Custom Embroidery

4.        Misuse and abuse of LT products

5.        Any products after 30 days

6.        Three or more tables
